Resumen

Laura Perls dice: “El contacto solo es posible si hay el suficiente apoyo disponible”. Esta frase o otros párrafos de “Viviendo en los límites” de Laura Perls brindan la oportunidad para explicar el apoyo para que pueda darse el proceso de contacto según Perls, Hefferline y Goodman. Este artículo propone que el apoyo terapéutico es considerado como una función del campo. A partir de aquí, la autora analiza el auto-apoyo no solo en el paciente sino también en el terapeuta. Le siguen alguno ejemplos así como conclusiones.
