Resúmen

Cuando el profesional, después de la correspondiente formación necesaria, inicia su práctica psicoterapéutica se enfrenta, además de a sus propios fantasmas en forma de miedos, fracasos o sobreexigencias, a los introyectos terapéuticos que engulló en el transcurso del aprendizaje. En este artículo se analiza la importancia de ahondar en el estilo terapéutico de cada uno, que no finaliza, sino que continúa, después del proceso de formación. Para ello se considera esencial el desarrollo del Yo-terapeuta.
